Business Development Manager :
We are looking for smart,young and dynamic person to work as Business Development Manager to market our web portal and services to Real Estate Builders/Developers,Property Brokers/Agents and to various corporate entities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Fully Responsible to explore & develop market.Handle a team of Sales and Marketing Executives for augmenting sales.
2. Independently appoint Distributors/Resellers in major cities in Maharashtra and monitor their progress.
3. Maintain and report DSR to management regularly. Fully devote for planning and forecasting for new development.
4. Analyze different innovative market schemes and implement new schemes for increasing sales and market share.
Experience: 3 to 5 yearsEducational Qualifications: Any graduate,MBA with proven track record in sales and marketing in Real Estate or IT sector.
Sales/Marketing Excecutives :
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to explore,develop and market companies plans and services to various Builders/Developers.
2. Sales/Telemarketing experience in IT and Real Estate sector preferred. IT knowledge will be definitely a plus.
3. Excellent personal presentation skills, good telephone manner/customer service ability Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
4. Confident and outgoing with a passion for sales and marketing. Good team player with a pleasing personality.
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Educational Qualifications: Any graduate,MBA with proven track record in sales and marketing in Real Estate or IT sector.
Data Entry Operators :
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Entering data from web to portal, gathering information from web,drafting letters.
2. Prepare and maintain various excel reports.
3. Should be well versed in net browsing,MS-Office.
4. Should have good typing speed.
Experience: 0 to 1 years
Educational Qualifications: HSC / Graduate with minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
